"This striking moutain range is aptly named ‘The Remarkables’ as they‘re one of only two mountain ranges in the world that run north to south (although some locals dispute this, suggesting it’s more likely due to early settlers describing the remarkable sight at sunset!) The iconic steam ship SS Earnslaw has been plying the waters of lake Wakitipu since 1912 & is affectionately called ‘The Lady Of The Lake’. Captured one autumn evening, the warm tones on the range & the quality of light make this print quite unique. And the ship lends scale to the moutains, so you can appreciate their size. It’s a big landscape!"
